END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

FOR THE SELFIYA MOBILE APPLICATION (ANDROID APK)

JURISDICTION: VELLORE, TAMIL NADU

1. THE LICENSE GRANT

1.1. Limited License: SELFIYA, founded by Pinky Shelshiya ("Licensor"), grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the SELFIYA Android APK ("Application") on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you. 1.2. Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the APK.

• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works of the Application.

• Distributing the APK file to third parties or hosting it on unauthorized servers.

• Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Application.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1. Ownership: The Application, including its code, design, curated content, and the tagline "Styling the Best Version of You," is the exclusive intellectual property of Pinky Shelshiya. 2.2. No Transfer: This agreement is a license to use the app; it is not a sale. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

3. CONVERSATIONAL COMMERCE INTEGRATION

3.1. External Redirects: The Application functions as a gateway to our WhatsApp "Conversational Commerce" channel. By clicking "Buy" or "Consult" within the app, you acknowledge that you are being redirected to a third-party messaging service (WhatsApp). 3.2. Data Usage: To facilitate styling, the App may request access to your camera or gallery (with your permission) to upload photos for styling consultations.

4. TERMINATION

4.1. Right to Revoke: This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to revoke your license and disable your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any part of this agreement. 4.2. Disposal: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the APK from your mobile device.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (AS-IS)

5.1. No Guarantee: The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all Android versions or that it will be free of bugs or interruptions. 5.2. Technical Risk: You acknowledge that downloading an APK from a direct link (outside the Google Play Store) involves inherent risks. SELFIYA is not liable for any damage to your mobile device or loss of data resulting from the installation or use of the APK.

6. MAXIMUM LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In accordance with our global business policy, SELFIYA’s total liability for any technical issues, data errors, or damages arising directly from the use of the Android Application is strictly capped at ₹500 (Five Hundred Indian Rupees). This is a condition of the license grant.

7. UPDATES & MAINTENANCE

We may from time to time provide updates or patches for the APK. It is your responsibility to install the latest version to ensure security and functionality. We are under no obligation to provide ongoing technical support or maintenance.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to this software license must be initiated in the courts of Vellore, Tamil Nadu.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By downloading, installing, or using the SELFIYA APK, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
